About the speaker

Benjamin Yudkoff, MS, MD

Ben Yudkoff is the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Lumin Health.  Dr. Yudkoff began his career treating serious mental illness (SMI) in the state hospital system before moving to Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital.  While there, he was the Medical Director of the Partial Hospital Program and the Psychiatric Interventions program.  He developed the electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) program, the ketamine and esketamine program, and the long acting injectable clinic.  In 2022, Dr. Yudkoff co-founded Lumin Health - a ketamine and esketamine medical practice that began in Newton, MA and is expanding around the metro-Boston area.  Dr. Yudkoff has interests in teaching (Lumin Health currently hosts residents from 4 different psychiatry programs across Boston, nurse practitioner students from two different programs, and undergraduate interns) as well thinking about healthcare structures and how they can better suit the needs of the patients they treat.
