Dr. Ross is Head of Clinical at Blueprint Health. As an organizational psychologist and licensed clinician (LPCC, LMFT), his leadership experience spans clinical operations, quality improvement, healthcare system integration, product design, end-user driven innovation, and measurement-informed care.
Dr. Ross previously served as vice president of clinical innovations at Rogers Behavioral Health, where he led digital strategy and innovation for the system. Prior to this, Dr. Ross served as national senior director of clinical strategy for Optum Behavioral Health. In addition, he held positions with Kaiser Permanente in Colorado, The Permanente Medical Group in Northern California, and the Care Management Institute within Kaiser Permanente’s National Program Offices, where he advanced primary care integration, clinical innovation, and quality and outcomes improvement.
Dr. Ross serves as Chair of the American Psychological Association’s National Advisory Committee for Measurement-Based Care supporting the advancement, adoption, and use of standardized clinical measurement in behavioral health.

Dr. Brad Riemann, PhD is a leading expert in the treatment of OCD and and anxiety, and has trained thousands of individuals in outcome-driven models for these disorders. Dr. Riemann currently serves as Guidelight's VP of Quality and Clinical Development. Prior to joining Guidelight, he worked for other behavioral health providers including Rogers Behavioral Health where served as President of Philanthropy, Research and Clinical Care, Chief Clinical Officer, and System Chief Operating Officer. At Rogers, Dr. Riemann launched and developed the OCD and Anxiety Service Line with programming at the intensive outpatient, partial hospital, and residential levels of care. He has authored over 120 scientific, peer-reviewed articles on OCD and anxiety, and fifteen treatment manuals. Dr. Riemann has spoken both nationally and internationally on OCD and is a member of the Scientific and Clinical Advisory Board of the International OCD Foundation and the International OCD Accreditation Task Force.
